Packages

If you choose Wortley hall to be the venue for your special day, you have a choice of two rooms to accommodate your wedding guests and hold your wedding ceremony:
The Library can seat up to 50 guests, and The Lounge can seat up to 106 guests. Each room also has additional standing capacity.
2011 weekend dates still available: 3rd, 15th, 22nd April, 8th, 27th May, 12th, 19th & 25th June, 10th July, 9th October, 13th November, 3rd, 4th, 10th, 11th, 17th, 18th and 23rd December.
A civil ceremony may only be held at Wortley Hall when a Wedding Breakfast or Buffet are ordered. Weddings or Civil Partnerships held on a Friday or Saturday must have a minimum of 60 adults for the Wedding Breakfast. If you choose to invite less, you will still be charged for 60 adults. We have no minimum numbers for the wedding breakfast on a Sunday.

  • Bud Vases with colour co-ordinated flowers
  • Co-ordinated Serviettes wherever possible

Our Wedding Co-ordinator will be available on the day and will preside over those important announcements and speeches.
We have three Dining Rooms in which to hold your Wedding Breakfast
  • The Foundry Dining Room - Catering for up to 106 guests
  • The Fire Brigade Union Room - Catering for up to 36 guests
  • The Courtyard Restaurant - For the more intimate meal of up to 20 guests.
  • Our Evening Reception Room can hold up to 250 guests.
